Cash on Delivery Policy

1. Availability of COD

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Pakistan. Customers can pay in cash at the time of delivery to the courier representative.

2. Order Confirmation

All COD orders require confirmation via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically.

3. Payment Terms

Please pay the exact order amount in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery & Charges

Standard delivery charges apply to all COD orders unless otherwise stated during promotions.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location (usually 3–5 working days for major cities).

5. Refusal or Non-Acceptance of Delivery

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD parcels may result in your account being restricted from placing future COD orders.

6. Order Changes or Cancellations

To modify or cancel a COD order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

7. Exchange/Return Policy

Exchanges are accepted only as per our Exchange & Return Policy. Refunds are not available for COD orders; store credit or exchange may be offered instead.

8. Important Note

We reserve the right to disable COD service for any customer in case of repeated order refusals or suspicious activity.
