At Meh Posh, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver premium quality Pakistani wear with precision and care. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong item, wrong size, or an item with a clear manufacturing defect.
- You notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- The size doesn't fit due to incorrect selection at the time of order.
- There are slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution.
- The product has been worn, washed, or altered.
Exchange Process
Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or cash refunds once an order is placed.
If an item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or offer an alternative item of your choice.
Processing Time
Exchange requests are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned product.
All sale, discounted, or custom-stitched items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
International orders are not eligible for exchange at this time.
